Honey from the same hive but harvested in different seasons.
“Bush honey”, “Wildflower honey” or “Multifloral Honey” honey is known as Hyakkamistsu 百花蜜 (ひゃっかみつ) in Japanese. This literary translates as “100 flower honey”.
The jar on the right is the honey harvested a spring, the other is honey from the autumn harvest.
I can’t wait to get my own hives someday.
